Tiredness, Headaches, Nausea, Vomiting
Should you be suffering from one or more of these symptoms you may be suffering from Carbon Monoxide poisoning. It is advised that all gas appliances are checked at least on an annual basis for safety and efficiency.
For added peace of mind and protection it is advised that an audible Carbon Monoxide detector is fitted next to each gas burning appliance and should have reached BS EN 5029 requirements, also note should be taken to the manufacturers siting requirements.
Carbon Monoxide detectors are only warning devices and they are not an alternative to regularly scheduled gas maintenance, they must also be maintained.
Should you not already have a Carbon Monoxide detector fitted that has reached BS EN 50291 requirements, please contact us and we can arrange to have one fitted alongside your next annual gas service as our engineers often carry them on the van.
